  IHC staining of human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma using 83580-5-RR

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissue slide using 83580-5-RR (CCDC94 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of A549 using 83580-5-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A549 cells using CCDC94 antibody (83580-5-RR, Clone: 240517E9 ) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

  FC experiment of A431 using 83580-5-RR

  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug CCDC94 Recombinant antibody (83580-5-RR, Clone:240517E9) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83580-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83580-5-RR against Human CCDC94 were performed. The affinity constant is 1.02 nM.

CCDC94, also known as YJU2, is a splicing factor, predicted to be involved in RNA splicing and negative regulation of DNA damage response, signal transduction by p53 class mediator. Part of U2-type catalytic step 1 spliceosome. And that it is required for pre-mRNA splicing both in vivo and in vitro. Yju2 acts in concert with an unidentified heat-resistant factor(s) in an ATP-independent manner to promote the first catalytic reaction of pre-mRNA splicing after Prp2-mediated structural rearrangement of the spliceosome.
