  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24689-1-AP (CCDC99 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Antibody seems to work really well for western blotting, the signal is strong, and it doesn't show a lot of background. For immunofluorescence it does not give a clear signal, and it looks like it only shows background
