  FC experiment of HEK-293 using CL488-66865

  1X10^6 HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human CCNY (CL488-66865, Clone:2C9E3) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

CCNY, also named as C10orf9, CBCP1, CFP1, is a novel cyclin. CCNY acts as a cell-cycle regulator of Wnt signaling pathway during G2/M phase by recruiting CDK14/PFTK1 to the plasma membrane and promoting phosphorylation of LRP6, leading to the activation of the Wnt signaling pathway.
