  WB analysis using 67455-1-Ig (same clone as 67455-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67455-1-Ig (CCT4 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67455-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of U2OS using 67455-1-Ig (same clone as 67455-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed U2OS cells using CCT4 antibody (67455-1-Ig, Clone: 3C6A6 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67455-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

T-complex protein 1 subunit delta (CCT4) is a component of the chaperonin-containing T-complex (TRiC), a molecular chaperone complex that assists the folding of proteins upon ATP hydrolysis (PMID:25467444). As part of the TRiC complex, it may play a role in regulating telomere maintenance (PMID:25467444) and assembly of BBSome, a complex involved in ciliogenesis regulating transports vesicles to the cilia (PMID:20080638). CCT4 has 2 isoforms produced by alternative splicing with the MW of 55 kDa and 58 kDa.
