  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 65294-1-Ig

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.5 ug Anti-Human CD119 / IFN-gamma R1 (65294-1-Ig, Clone:GIR-208) or Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control and CoraLite®647-conjugated AffiniPure F(ab')2 Fragment Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) (SA00014-8). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.
