  1x10^6 mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug FITC Plus Anti-Mouse CD23 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (FITC-98164, Clone: 241385D1) or FITC Plus Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (FITC-98136, Clone: 240953C9). Cells were co-stained with CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Mouse CD19 (1D3) (CL647-65290, Clone: 1D3). Cells were not fixed.

CD23 has essential roles in the regulation of IgE production and in the differentiation of B-cells
