  FC experiment of HT-1080 using 98125-1-RR (same clone as 98125-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HT-1080 cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human TWEAKR Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98125-1-RR, Clone: 240991C5) (red) or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98125-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98125-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98125-1-RR against Human CD266 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.508 nM.

Informations générales

TWEAKR (also known as CD266, FN14, TNFRSF12A) is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily which is activated by its ligand, the cytokine TWEAK (TNFSF12). TWEAKR is the smallest member of the TNFR superfamily. TWEAKR was first described as an FGF-inducible gene that played a role in fibroblast adhesion and migration. Subsequently, the induction of TWEAKR expression by other growth factors and/or upon tissue injury was observed in multiple cell types, including hepatocytes, endothelial cells, adipocytes, and cardiomyocytes.
