  FC experiment of human monocyte-derived immature dendritic cells using 98017-1-RR (same clone as 98017-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 human monocyte-derived immature dendritic cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human B7-H3/CD276 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98017-1-RR, Clone: 230305A10) (red) or 0.25 ug Isotype Control(blue) and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98017-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98017-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98017-1-RR against Human B7-H3/CD276 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.203 nM.

Informations générales

B7-H3 (CD276) is a type I transmembrane protein expressed on many tissues and cell types. B7-H3 is a 100-kDa glycoprotein that belongs to the B7 immunoregulatory family and participates in the regulation of T-cell-mediated immune response probably by functioning as both a T cell costimulator and coinhibitor (PMID: 25567370; 20696859). Overexpressed on a wide range of human solid cancers, B7-H3 has been implicated in cancer progression and metastasis and becomes an attractive target for cancer immunotherapy (PMID: 27208063).
