  FC experiment of human peripheral blood leukocytes using 98268-1-RR (same clone as 98268-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 human peripheral blood leukocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD300a Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98268-1-RR, Clone: 242131H4) or Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9), and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98268-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98268-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98268-1-RR against Human CD300a were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Human CD300a is a transmembrane protein, with an immunoglobulin (Ig)V-like extracellular domain and a cytoplasmic tail containing immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs (ITIMs), providing the receptor with an inhibitory capacity. The relevance of the CD300a molecule in several pathological conditions has been highlighted by multiple studies. (PMID: 37762055)
