  1X10^6 human PBMCs were surface co-stained with CL488 Anti-Human CD8a (CL488-65204, Clone: UCHT4) and 10 ul APC Anti-Human CD314 (APC-65188, Clone:1D11) or Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control. Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.
