  WB analysis using 19068-1-AP

  U-937 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 19068-1-AP (CD4 antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

•

  pig thymus tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 19068-1-AP (CD4 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Informations générales

CD4 is a 55-kDa transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on T helper cells, majority of thymocytes, monocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells. CD4 is an accessory protein for MHC class-II antigen/T-cell receptor interaction. It plays an important role in T helper cell development and activation. CD4 serves as a receptor for the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).
