  WB analysis of human peripheral blood platelets using 67857-1-Ig (same clone as 67857-1-PBS)

  human peripheral blood platelets were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67857-1-Ig (CD42b antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67857-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

CD42b, also named as GP1BA , is a 145-kDa surface membrane protein of platelets, participates in the formation of platelet plugs by binding to the A1 domain of vWF, which is already bound to the subendothelium. It has a heterodimer form which composed of GP1BA and GP1BB.
