• Résultats positifs en IHC: human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissue, tissu de cancer de la peau humain; il est suggéré de démasquer l'antigène avec un tampon de TE buffer pH 9.0; (*) À défaut, 'le démasquage de l'antigène peut être 'effectué avec un tampon citrate pH 6,0.

Informations générales

CD58 a heavily glycosylated protein of 55-70 kDa, is expressed on a broad range of hematopoietic and non-hematopoietic cells. CD58 is involved in immune recognition of tumor cells via binding of the CD2 receptor expressed on cytotoxic T cells. The protein is localized to the plasma membrane.
