  FC experiment of human PBMCs using APC-65187

  1X10^6 human PBMCs were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011), incubated with FC block, then stained with 10 ul APC Anti-Human CD68 (APC-65187, Clone:Y1/82A), or APC Mouse IgG2b Isotype Control. Monocytes were gated.
