  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98173-1-RR (same clone as 98173-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 untreated or PHA treated human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD69 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98173-1-RR, Clone:241552F1) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were then stained with APC Anti-Human CD4 (RPA-T4). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98173-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 PHA treated human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD69 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98173-1-RR, Clone:241552F1) (red) or 0.25 ug Isotype Control, or 1x10^6 untreated human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD69 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98173-1-RR, Clone:241552F1)(black, dashed) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98173-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98173-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98173-1-RR against Human CD69 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.257 nM.

Informations générales

CD69, also known as AIM, EA-1, Leu-23, and MLR3, is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein that belongs to the C-type lectin superfamily (PMID: 8340758; 7804122). CD69 is constitutively expressed by mature thymocytes, platelets, several subsets of tissue resident immune cells (including resident memory T cells and gamma delta T cells), and is inducibly expressed by activated T cells, B cells, natural killer (NK) cells, monocytes, neutrophils (PMID: 8100776; 28475283). CD69 has been identified as an early activation marker of lymphocytes and is commonly used as a marker of activated lymphocytes and NK cells (PMID: 28475283; 25759842). It is involved in the regulation of immune responses (PMID: 15745855).
