  FC experiment of mouse splenocytes using 98199-1-RR (same clone as 98199-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse CD73 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98199-1-RR, Clone: 241541G9) or Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were co-stained with CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Mouse CD3. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98199-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98199-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98199-1-RR against Mouse CD73 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Informations générales

CD73 is a membrane-bound enzyme that catalyzes the extracellular hydrolysis of adenosine monophosphate (AMP) to produce adenosine. It is expressed on various immune cells, including T cells, B cells, dendritic cells, and regulatory T cells (Tregs). CD73 works in conjunction with CD39 to break down extracellular ATP into adenosine, creating an immunosuppressive environment that can inhibit the function of cytotoxic T cells and natural killer (NK) cells. This process is essential for immune tolerance and the resolution of inflammation. CD73 is also an important player in controlling tumor progression.
