  Sandwich ELISA standard curve of MP01375-3, Mouse CD79b Recombinant Matched Antibody Pair - PBS only. 84523-3-PBS was coated to a plate as the capture antibody and incubated with serial dilutions of standard Eg2113. 98217-1-PBS was HRP conjugated as the detection antibody. Range: 39.1-2500 pg/mL

  The mean CD79b concentration was determined to be 19.40 ng/mL in mouse spleen tissue homogenate based on a 2.3 mg/mL homogenate load and 15.40 ng/mL in mouse spleen tissue extract based on a 2.9 mg/mL extract load.

  FC experiment of mouse bone marrow cells using 98217-1-RR (same clone as 98217-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 mouse bone marrow cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse CD79b Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98217-1-RR, Clone: 241850D10) or Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were co-stained with CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Mouse CD45R (B220) (RA3-6B2) (CL647-65139, Clone: RA3-6B2). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98217-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98217-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98217-1-RR against Mouse CD79b were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Informations générales

CD79 molecule encompasses two transmembrane proteins, CD79a and CD79b, which form a disulfide-linked heterodimer and are members of the immunoglobulin (Ig) gene superfamily (PMID: 2033258; 1375264; 2304550). CD79b molecule (also known as B29, IGB, AGM6, and Igbeta) is expressed almost exclusively on B cells and B-cell neoplasms, influencing antigen internalization and increasing antigen presentation efficiency (PMID: 7552998). CD79b mutation could be a key biomarker for DLBCL disease progression (PMID: 36182550).
