  FC experiment of Hel 92.1.7 using 98126-1-RR (same clone as 98126-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 Hel 92.1.7 cells (left) or K562 cells (right) were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD90 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98126-1-RR, Clone: 241290B2) (red) or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98126-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98126-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98126-1-RR against Human CD90 were performed. The affinity constant is 3.34 nM.

Informations générales

CD90, also known as THY1, is a 25-35 kD protein that is expressed on 1-4% of human fetal liver cells, cord blood cells, and bone marrow cells. CD90 is one of the essential surface molecules expressed on human MSC from bone marrow and other sources. Activation of Thy-1 has been reported to promote T cell activation. It also affects numerous nonimmunologic biological processes, including cellular adhesion, neurite outgrowth, tumor growth, migration, and cell death.
