  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98172-1-RR (same clone as 98172-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD94 Rabbit RecAb (98172-1-RR, Clone: 241704E11) or Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were then stained with CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human NCAM1/CD56. Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98172-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD94 Rabbit RecAb (98172-1-RR, Clone: 241704E11) (red) or Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98172-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98172-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98172-1-RR against Human CD94 were performed. The affinity constant is below 3.17 nM.

Informations générales

CD94, also known as the killer cell lectin-like receptor (KLR) family member, is a type II integral membrane protein related to the C-type lectin superfamily. It is specifically expressed on natural killer (NK) cells and a subset of T cells, and plays a crucial role in stimulating NK cell cytolysis and the release of tumor necrosis factor. CD94 can form heterodimers with different NKG2 proteins (e.g., NKG2A, NKG2C, NKG2E, or NKG2F) to balance the function of NK cells and CD8+ T cells.
