  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 65250-1-Ig

  1X10^6 human PBMCs were surface co-stained with CL750 Anti-Human CD19 and 0.2 ug Anti-Human CD96 (65250-1-Ig, Clone: NK92.39) and FITC-Donkey anti-Mouse IgG at dilution 1:1000, or Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control. Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.
