  WB analysis using 83682-4-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83682-4-RR (CDCA7L antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of A431 using 83682-4-RR

  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug CDCA7L Recombinant antibody (83682-4-RR, Clone:240639A3) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83682-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83682-4-RR against Human CDCA7L were performed. The affinity constant is 7.75 nM.

Informations générales

Cell division cycle-associated 7-like protein (CDCA7L) is also known as HR1 and JPO2 and belongs to the JPO protein family. CDCA7L is identified as a target gene of c-Myc and is frequently dysregulated in multiple cancers. CDCA7L can complement the c-Myc transformation-defective mutant W135E and potentiate Myc-mediated transformation (PMID: 24141559, PMID: 37140023). CDCA7L translocates from cytoplasm to nucleus under dexamethasone induction. CDCA7L is widely expressed. CDCA7L has 4 isoforms produced by alternative splicing (refer to UniProt).
