  WB analysis using 86177-2-RR (same clone as 86177-2-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86177-2-RR (CDK5RAP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86177-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of human colon cancer using 86177-2-RR (same clone as 86177-2-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon cancer tissue slide using 86177-2-RR (CDK5RAP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86177-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Cyclin-dependent kinase 5 (CDK5) regulatory subunit associated protein 3 (CDK5RAP3, also named as C53 or LZAP) was initially identified as a binding protein of CDK5 activator p35. CDK5RAP3 is widely expressed in human tissues and broadly located in subcellular compartments. By interacting with other proteins, CDK5RAP3 participates in the regulation of multiple cellular processes including cell cycle, apoptosis, cell invasion, signaling transduction, autophagy, UFMylation and endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress.
