  WB analysis using 68715-1-Ig (same clone as 68715-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68715-1-Ig (CEP135 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68715-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HeLa using 68715-1-Ig (same clone as 68715-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using CEP135 antibody (68715-1-Ig, Clone: 3C4B7 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1). CEP135 is a 135 kDa centrosomal protein that is present in a wide range of organisms. CEP135 is located at the centrosome throughout the cell cycle, and localization is independent of the microtubule network. It distributes throughout the centrosomal area in association with the electron-dense material surrounding centrioles.
