  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 CEP170/CEP170L antibody (CL488-18899) at dilution of 1:200.

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-18899

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated CEP170/CEP170L Polyclonal antibody (CL488-18899)(red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (CL488-98136, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
