  WB analysis of MCF-7 using 66796-1-Ig (same clone as 66796-1-PBS)

  MCF-7 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66796-1-Ig (CNKSR1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66796-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

CNKSR1 is a protein containing several motifs involved in protein-protein interaction, including PDZ, PH (Pleckstrin homology), and SAM (sterile alpha motif) domains. The encoded protein acts as a scaffold component for receptor tyrosine kinase signaling and may mediate crosstalk between different signaling pathways. CNKSR1 is required in multiple receptor tyrosine kinase pathways where it appears to be a tyrosine phosphorylation targe.
