  WB analysis using 67798-1-Ig (same clone as 67798-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67798-1-Ig (CNOT4 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Beta Actin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66009) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67798-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67798-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

CNOT4, also known as CCR4-NOT transcription complex subunit 4 , has E3 ubiquitin ligase activity, and promotes ubiquitination and degradation of target proteins. CNOT4 is involved in activation of the JAK/STAT pathway. CNOT4 exist many isoforms and the range of its molecular weight from 48 to 84 kDa.
