  WB analysis using 86783-3-RR (same clone as 86783-3-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86783-3-RR (COX6B1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86783-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HeLa using 86783-3-RR (same clone as 86783-3-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using COX6B1 antibody (86783-3-RR, Clone: 251743G4 ) at dilution of 1:1000 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86783-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

• 

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 86783-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 86783-3-RR against Human COX6B1 were performed. The affinity constant is 1.18 nM.

COX6B1 (Cytochrome c oxidase subunit 6B1) is also named as COX6B and belongs to the cytochrome c oxidase subunit 6B family. It connects the two COX monomers into the physiological dimeric form. Defects in COX6B1 are a cause of mitochondrial complex IV deficiency (MT-C4D).
