  WB analysis using 83017-2-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83017-2-RR (CTAGE5 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 83017-2-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using CTAGE5 antibody (83017-2-RR, Clone: 230262F2 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

• 

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 83017-2-RR

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CTAGE5 Recombinant antibody (83017-2-RR, Clone:230262F2) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Informations générales

Cutaneous T cell lymphoma-associated antigen 5 (CTAGE5) is a member of the cTAGE family. CTAGE5 is a tumor-associated antigen and is overexpressed in various cancer cell lines. CTAGE5 consists of a signal anchor motif, a single transmembrane domain, two coiled-coil motifs, and a proline-rich domain (PRD) from the N-terminus. CTAGE5 interacts with TANGO1 through its second coil region to form a cargo receptor complex (PMID: 21525241).
