  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86186-1-RR (CXADR antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86186-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

Coxsackievirus and adenovirus receptor (CXADR) is a member of junctional adhesion molecules, which are glycosylated transmembrane proteins that belong to the Ig superfamily (PMID: 17916321). CXADR plays essential roles in blastocyst formation, including cavitation and the proper subcellular localization of tight junction proteins into the apical edge of the outer blastomeres (PMID: 26729920). It is also involved in the transepithelial migration of leukocytes through adhesive interactions with junctional adhesion molecule-like protein (JAML) (PMID: 15800062).
