  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL594-10427

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite®594 Calnexin antibody (CL594-10427) at dilution of 1:400.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL594-10427

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite®594 Anti-Human Calnexin (CL594-10427) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Calnexin is a molecular chaperone that resides in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and participates in the folding and assembly of newly synthesized proteins. Calnexin is highly abundant in ER and is frequently used as an ER marker.
