  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14989-1-AP (DARS antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Immunoprécipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunohistochimie (IHC): IHC : 1:1000-1:4000

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
