  WB analysis using 10965-1-AP (same clone as 10965-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10965-1-AP (DCUN1D1 antibody) at dilution of 1:6000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 10965-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  WB analysis of Jurkat using 10965-1-AP (same clone as 10965-1-PBS)

Informations générales

It has been found that DCUN1D1, also known as squamous cell carcinoma-related oncogene, expression may play a role in development of brain metastasis in patients with Non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC). DCUN1D1-positive tumor cells may have the ability to disrupt the blood-brain-barrier and colonize the brain. Those results suggest that DCUN1D1 may play a role in the brain parenchyma invasion.
