  WB analysis using 85849-4-RR (same clone as 85849-4-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85849-4-RR (DCUN1D1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85849-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85849-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 85849-4-RR against Human DCUN1D1 were performed. The affinity constant is 23.8 pM.

It has been found that DCUN1D1, also known as squamous cell carcinoma-related oncogene, expression may play a role in development of brain metastasis in patients with Non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC). DCUN1D1-positive tumor cells may have the ability to disrupt the blood-brain-barrier and colonize the brain.
