  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85065-3-RR (DDX46 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85065-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Sandwich ELISA standard curve of MP01807-1, Human DDX46 Recombinant Matched Antibody Pair - PBS only. 85065-3-PBS was coated to a plate as the capture antibody and incubated with serial dilutions of standard Ag10342. 85065-1-PBS was HRP conjugated as the detection antibody. Range: 0.391-25 ng/mL.

Informations générales

DDX46, also named as KIAA0801, is a 1031 amino acid protein, which belongs to the DEAD box helicase family. DDX46 has been shown to be required at the early step of pre-spliceosome assembly. It uses the energy released by the hydrolysis of ATP to rearrange local RNA-RNA or protein-RNA interactions. The nuclear DDX46 acted as a negative regulator of the antiviral innate response by recruiting the m6A'eraser' ALKBH5 to induce retention of antiviral innate mRNA in the nucleus.
