  IHC staining of human stomach using 82969-4-RR (same clone as 82969-4-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach tissue slide using 82969-4-RR (DDX60 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82969-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of A431 using 82969-4-RR (same clone as 82969-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human DDX60 (82969-4-RR, Clone:230293G10) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82969-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

DDX60, also called FLJ20035, is an IFN-inducible gene that has been identified via a microarray analysis of genes induced by viral infection in human dendritic cells (DCs). DDX60 expression correlated strongly with immune checkpoint and immune system-related metagene clusters, and DDX60 promoted cell proliferation, migration, and invasion and was related to poor prognosis and immune resistance(PMID: 37274827). Involved in RIG-I-dependent and independent innate immune responses, DDX60 has been proven to be associated with the development of tumors.
