  WB analysis using 67422-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67422-1-Ig (DNAJB1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of HeLa using 67422-1-Ig

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using DNAJB1 antibody (67422-1-Ig, Clone: 1E8E10 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using 67422-1-Ig

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human DNAJB1 (67422-1-Ig, Clone:1E8E10) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

DNAJB1 is a member of the heat shock 40 protein family and has been involved in a variety of cellular processes, including the proteasome pathway, endoplasmic reticulum stress and viral infection. DNAJB1-PRKACA gene fusions have been considered diagnostic for fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma.
