  IF Staining of HeLa using CL488-67422

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 DNAJB1 antibody (CL488-67422, Clone: 1E8E10 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-67422

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human DNAJB1 (CL488-67422, Clone:1E8E10) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

DNAJB1 is a member of the heat shock 40 protein family and has been involved in a variety of cellular processes, including the proteasome pathway, endoplasmic reticulum stress and viral infection. DNAJB1-PRKACA gene fusions have been considered diagnostic for fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma.
