  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11090-1-AP (DNAJC7 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 11090-1-AP

  1X10^6 HepG2 cells were stained with 0.2ug DNAJC7 antibody (11090-1-AP, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1000.

Informations générales

DnaJC7, otherwise referred to as Tpr2 or CCRP, is a conserved, type of J protein that is highly expressed within the brain. DnaJC7 has been found to modulate the flow of substrates from Hsp70 to Hsp90, providing a control mechanism in proteins such as glucocorticoids and progesterone receptor.
