  WB analysis using 85157-4-RR (same clone as 85157-4-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85157-4-RR (DNAJC7 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85157-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of mouse brain using 85157-4-RR (same clone as 85157-4-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 85157-4-RR (DNAJC7 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85157-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 85157-4-RR (same clone as 85157-4-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using DNAJC7 antibody (85157-4-RR, Clone: 242875B3 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85157-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 85157-4-RR (same clone as 85157-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug DNAJC7 Recombinant antibody (85157-4-RR, Clone:242875B3) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85157-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85157-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 85157-4-RR against Human DNAJC7 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.767 nM.

Informations générales

DnaJC7, otherwise referred to as Tpr2 or CCRP, is a conserved, type of J protein that is highly expressed within the brain. DnaJC7 has been found to modulate the flow of substrates from Hsp70 to Hsp90, providing a control mechanism in proteins such as glucocorticoids and progesterone receptor.
