  WB analysis using 85734-1-RR (same clone as 85734-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85734-1-RR (DNALI1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85734-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of mouse fallopian tube using 85734-1-RR (same clone as 85734-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse fallopian tube tissue slide using 85734-1-RR (DNALI1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85734-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85734-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 85734-1-RR against Human DNALI1 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Informations générales

DNALI1 belongs to the inner dynein arm light chain family and encodes a subunit of the light intermediate chain of inner dynein arms of the axoneme of sperm flagella (PMID: 36792588). DNALI1 promotes neurodegeneration after traumatic brain injury via inhibition of autophagosome-lysosome fusion (PMID: 38348540). Mutation in DNALI1 Causes Male Infertility with Severe Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia in Humans (PMID: 38212584).
