  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98273-1-RR (same clone as 98273-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human DR5/CD262 Rabbit RecAb (98273-1-RR, Clone: 242319H8) or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were co-stained with CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human CD14 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (CL647-98040, Clone: 230332D7). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98273-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

DR5, also known as CD262, TNFRSF10B, TRAILR2, TRICK2 and KILLER, is a widely expressed single-pass type I membrane protein belonging to the tumour necrosis factor receptor superfamily (TNFRSF). It is a receptor for TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL), which is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) family of cytokines and induces apoptosis in a wide variety of cells (PMID: 9311998). DR5 contains two extracellular cysteine-rich repeats, typical for TNF receptor (TNFR) family members, and a cytoplasmic death domain (DD), through which DR5 is capable to transmit the apoptotic signal (PMID: 9311998; 20531300).
