DTX3, also named as Deltex3 or RING finger protein 154, is 347 amino acid protein, which contains one RING-type zinc finger and belongs to the Deltex family. DTX3 is a regulator of Notch signaling, which is involved in cell-cell communications that regulates a broad spectrum of cell-fate determinations.
