  WB analysis of HL-60 using 17305-1-AP (same clone as 17305-1-PBS)

  HL-60 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17305-1-AP (ENPP4 antibody) at dilution of 1:1200 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 17305-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

ENPP4, also named as KIAA0879 or NPP4, is a 453 amino acid protein, which belongs to the nucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase family. ENPP4 localizes in the cell membrane and hydrolyzes extracellular Ap3A into AMP and ADP, and Ap4A into AMP and ATP. ENPP4 is expressed on the surface of vascular endothelia.
