  WB analysis of Jurkat using 13484-1-AP (same clone as 13484-1-PBS)

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13484-1-AP (EVL antibody) at dilution of 1:200 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 13484-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

EVL (Ena/VASP-like protein) is implicated in processes that requires dynamic actin remodeling such as axon guidance and platelet activation.It has two isoforms, EVL and EVL-I,that are highly expressed in hematopoietic cells of thymus and spleen,and both isoforms can be phosphorylated by PKA in vitro(PMID10945997).
