EYA4 (Eyes absent homolog 4) participates directly in the modulation of cellular signaling through its phosphatase activity and plays a role in the embryonic and post-natal development of the mature organs of CORTI. This protein may be involved in the development of the eye. It has 5 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.
