  WB analysis of human plasma using 66509-1-Ig (same clone as 66509-1-PBS)

  human plasma was subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66509-1-Ig (Coagulation Factor II antibody) at various dilutions incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66509-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Untreated and PNGase F-treated lysates of human plasma were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66509-1-Ig (Coagulation Factor II antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. PNGase F was obtained from Atagenix (cat.NO. ata808). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66509-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Coagulation Factor II, also known as prothrombin or factor II, is one of the components of this chain of plasma proteins involved in blood coagulation. Prothrombin is the precursor of thrombin, which is essential in the processes of hemostasis and thrombosis.
