  WB analysis using 32696-1-AP (same clone as 32696-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 32696-1-AP (F8A2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 32696-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HeLa using 32696-1-AP (same clone as 32696-1-PBS)

Informations générales

F8A2 (Coagulation Factor VIII Associated 2) is a protein associated with coagulation factor VIII, which is widely expressed in a variety of cell types, localized mainly in the cytoplasm and nucleus, and also co-localized with Huntington's protein (HTT). Although its specific function is not fully defined, F8A2 may play an important role in intracellular and vesicular transport. In addition, F8A2 co-localizes with ubiquitin in neuronal cells and may be involved in the pathological process of neurodegenerative diseases.
