  WB analysis using 60280-1-Ig (same clone as 60280-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 60280-1-Ig (FABP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:50000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 60280-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of human heart using 60280-1-Ig (same clone as 60280-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human heart tissue slide using 60280-1-Ig (FABP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 (under 40x lens). FABP3 (fatty-acid-binding protein 3), also known as heart-type FABP or mammary-derived growth inhibitor (MDGI), is a small 15-kDa cytoplasmic protein transporting fatty acids and other lipophilic substances from the cytoplasm to the nucleus. It is most ubiquitously expressed in heart and skeletal muscle.
