  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26413-1-AP (FAM92B Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

This was tested on mouse tracheal epithelial cells fixed in 4% PFA overnight and on MEFs fixed for 10 min in ice-cold methanol acetone. Works well.
