  WB analysis using 85638-4-RR (same clone as 85638-4-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85638-4-RR (FARP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85638-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

FARP1 is a protein containing a FERM (4.2, exrin, radixin, moesin) domain, a Dbl homology domain, and two pleckstrin homology domains. These domains are found in guanine nucleotide exchange factors and proteins that link the cytoskeleton to the cell membrane. The encoded protein functions in neurons to promote dendritic growth.
